Memories for life

Our place is a restored cascina from the 1870 's. Everything is intact with it´s original colors, windows and furniture as it once was. The feeling and u the sense of the wine history in "Albergo del Vino"!  The house is suitable for a large group of friends, family, anniversaries with a total capacity until 16 friends.

We were very careful to modernize the Cascina with solar heating and radiators in all rooms, modern toilets, mini kitchen and wifi. Surrounded on all sides  with vineyards, while the Alps glow in the distance.

        We have been lucky after 12 years since we open the door with our own keys that now we can recommend with fantastic wine producers, taste their wines, and recommend you where to degustate the culinary dishes of the Piedmont region.

        Castelnuovo Calcea and the surrounding area - Nizza Monferrato and Canelli - is quiet, not full packed with tourists.  It has many opportunities for an unforgettable vacation after tasting wines and food, relax on the swimming pool . 

- The best cycling area with only 10-20 minutes between the villages, walking in the wine yards, golf in Asti, a variety of festivals, and excellent family restaurants. Our neighbours in Barbaresco and terre del Barolo is only 30 minutes away.
